Availability of Subsidized Apartments

Twenty-five per cent of our Apartments are subsidized and applications are processed by Social Housing Connections. If determined to be eligible, the name of the applicant is registered on the Centralized Waiting List. Upon availability of a subsidized apartment, the first name appearing on the list is contacted and offered the apartment. If accepted, the rent is based on 30% of one’s net income.
