Application Form

Anyone interested in applying for an apartment can call to arrange for a tour of the facility. At that time a Prospective Tenant Package is provided which includes pertinent information and a Medical Assessment Form to be filled out by the Family’s Physician. For anyone wishing to go on the waiting list, a deposit cheque of $25.00 is submitted along with the completed forms. Applications are kept on file until an appropriately sized apartment becomes available.

Prospective Tenant packages are also mailed upon request.
