The Wexford Residence Inc. is a not for profit Long Term Care Facility with 166 beds and 90 Seniors Apartments. Our mission is to provide the best quality of life for our clients in a safe and secure environment while promoting individual independence. To be aware of housing, long term care and outreach program needs of our community and respond to those needs.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable including billing, deposits, collection
- Accounts Payable including processing invoices and cheque run
- Bank and General Ledger reconciliations
- Monthly journal entries
Qualifications:
- CGA or CMA completed level 3 or recognized Academic Diploma in a relevant discipline
- 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel and ACCPAC for Windows
- Excellent organizational and multi tasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Produce accurate work with attention to details
- Exercises sound judgment, initiative and teamwork
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and analyze data
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
